We now have an ideal weekend pop up street food opportunity situated in the Grosvenor Riverboat Casino Car Park, 61 Broomielaw, G1 4RJ. The location is a great spot for lunch trade from the surrounding offices as it’s right in the heart of the financial district – as well as having massive footfall being on a prime part of the Clyde Walkway.
The trailer has an electric griddle, fryer, bain-marie, and fridge/freezer but with the exception of the fridge, everything can be removed if needed.
